Creamy garlic fusilli with cracked pepper
Ingredients:
350g dried fusili
350ml cream (I used Oatly )
1/2 cup hard cheese, freshly grated
1 clove garlic, chopped finely
70g butter (or olive oil)
If making vegan, I use the same Oatly cream, Pure Free From butter and vegan hard cheese, all in the same measures.
In a pot, on a low heat, pop your chopped garlic, cream and butter, slowly adding the hard cheese a little at a time to melt in and then leave to simmer, and stir, until thickened to be alfredo-like. Once pasta and sauce are ready, combine altogether in one bowl and serve with cracked pepper on top. Lemon optional!
