Gochujang steak bowl
Yes, I know my steak is pretty cooked oops, BUT this bowl is full of delicious flavour (and cook your steak how you’d like) 🥩 this is not a traditional recipe, just something I had for lunch using @sunheebrand (previously worked with them)
Marinate steaks in a little drizzle of oil, pinch of salt and gochujang (as much as you'd like, I did about 2 tbsp) for about 10-15 mins. Heat your grill and grill for only a minute or two (unless using thicker steaks). Slice and serve on a bed of rice noodles or rice, and top with lettuce leaves, carrot, radish, avocado, chopped spring onions and black sesame seeds.
