Vegan creamy garlic fusilli with cracked pepper!
Ingredients:
350g dried fusili
350ml vegan cream (I used Oatly)
1/2 cup vegan hard cheese, freshly grated
1 clove garlic, chopped finely
70g vegan butter (or olive oil) I used Pure Free Form
In a pot, on a low heat, pop your chopped garlic, cream and butter, slowly adding the hard cheese a little at a time to melt in and then leave to simmer, and stir, until thickened to be alfredo-like. Once pasta and sauce are ready, combine altogether in one bowl and serve with cracked pepper on top.
