Warm chocolate chip cookies with homemade vanilla ice
Warm chocolate chip cookies with homemade vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce drizzled on top! Cool autumnal treat 🍂
Josh’s nan has made us ice cream before using this no-churn method, but I had no idea how easy it was to do myself until I tried it and now I want ice cream sandwiches all the time!
Ingredients:
190g condensed milk (½ a tin)
600ml double cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
How to:
Pop all your ingredients into a large bowl and beat with a handheld electric or stand whisk until thick and pretty stiff. Then scoop into a freezer container (I used a loaf tin) and seal tightly with cling film, placing it onto the surface of the ice cream. Place into the freezer and freeze until solid (I do overnight to be safe).
Eating ice cream sometimes can be agitating as the cold not only gives me brain freeze but makes my teeth feel all cold and sensitive. Sensodyne Repair & Protect Whitening Toothpaste forms a protective layer over the sensitive areas of your teeth. Brush twice a day for strong repair and long-lasting protection for sensitive teeth, so I use Sensodyne Repair & Protect Whitening twice daily for sensitivity relief and to restore the natural whiteness of your teeth. Let me know if you try out this recipe and for the full recipe of these tasty ice cream sandwiches, you can pop to the Sensodyne website https://www.sensodyne.co.uk/recipe-inspiration.html and recreate the recipe yourself. #EnjoyTheMoment
