10-minute meal: honey & oregano halloumi!
The perfect π quick and delicious combo, simply lather your 1cm halloumi slices in an ample amount of olive oil, honey and sprinkle oregano on top, you can do this on both sides. Grill in a pan or on the BBQ until turning golden and browned! Serve and eat while hot in order to eat the halloumi while itβs soft and supple, not chewy and squeaky (anyone else feel that?!) π
This meal was inspired by a dish from @selinkiazim and her incredible restaurants Oklava & Kyseri which are some of the most incredible places Iβve eaten in London (even the wines.. oh my!) π«
This has been my go-to for lunch lately, served with a side salad of cucumbers, tomato, chopped gem lettuce and avocado drizzled with balsamic or on top of som avocado toast for more of a brunch option!
