No-slow cooker cowboy beans
Super easy, no-slow cooker cowboy beans made using only a few cupboard ingredients 🌟 perfect for World Jerky Day today!! Ingredients:
@jacklinksuk 2 pouches, chopped
2 tins of beans (borlotti + kidney) drained
2 tsp smooth mustard
3-4 tbsp maple syrup
1 onion, chopped
1 chopped green onion
1 tsp flour
Dash of olive oil
How to:
Heat your olive oil in a pan and cook onions until clear. Then transfer onions into a pot on stove on a low heat and add in drained beans and all ingredients except chopped green onion & 1 pouch of @jacklinksuk 🍴 Stir until creamy and hot (but not boiling) and then scoop out to place in a dish ready to be served with chopped green onion and the rest of the chopped jerky on top! Perfect side to any BBQ and ready in less than 10 minutes 🌟
You can add grated cheddar on top for some extra cheesiness or enjoy these just how they are 🥰 absolutely perfect for a late night moorish snack, too! #WorldJerkyDay
