Smoothie protein bowl
Satisfy your cravings for something sweet and delicious that’s healthy and protein packed! This coffee caramel banana protein bowl with chia seeds, strawberries and walnuts takes just 5 minutes to make.
I used the new @herbalifeuk Tri Blend Select Protein Shake Mix Coffee Caramel flavour which contains vegan ingredients and an impressive 20g of protein per serving from pea, quinoa and flax.
INGREDIENTS:
5 scoops of Tri Blend Select Protein Shake Mix Coffee Caramel flavour
500ml of oat drink
2 tsp of peanut butter
1 banana
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, pop in a bowl, then add sliced strawberries, whole walnuts and a sprinkling of chia seeds on top! Simple as that, ready to enjoy and filled with flavour. This bowl had me literally licking my lips and popping a few more scoops and a little bit more of all of my ingredients into the blender so I could have extra afterwards!
