We always have halloumi stocked (you know I love a halloumi recipe), and with our big ol’ air fryer out, I love making these. You can make them in bites or as fries/wedges shaped. So delicious, easy and great for sharing, and they’ve got a spicy little kick!

Ingredients:
2 halloumi, cut into sticks/fries/wedges?
2 tsp chilli powder
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp honey
Olive oil + Frylight HQ (optional but I think it’s great!)

Preheat your air fryer to 200c for 5 mins. Add a drizzle of olive oil to your breadcrumbs in a bowl, and toss together until breadcrumbs are lightly oiled. Toss halloumi in another bowl with chilli powder, honey and a dash of olive oil. Coat each halloumi stick in breadcrumbs and the place into the air frier. Give the air fryer basket a spray with some oil, then give the halloumi a good spray with your oil (I used Frylight HQ ). Air fry for 6-7 minutes on each side. You may lose some breadcrumbs but if you oil the basket, hopefully not too much. When they’re ready, serve right away! We had ours with a honey chilli mayo mix and topped with more honey, crushed walnuts and some chopped spring onion! They are so easy and ready in 15 mins 💥
