Honey cooked blackberries on cream cheese sourdough toast!

It’s #toasttuesday so I’m sharing this delightfully easy breakfast idea, perfect for cozy cold mornings!

You need:
Handful of blackberries
2 tbsp honey
@paysanbretonuk French sea salt cream cheese
sourdough of your choice

Simply cook your blackberries with the honey in a pan until berries are softened and juicy. Any excess juice you can save and use again on crepes, in drinks and more.

Toast, spread cream cheese, top with berries and enjoy!
