Vegan pesto and mini tortellini with a creamy burrata on top
Recipe:
60g fresh basil
1 large handful walnuts
250ml vegan cream
1 large clove garlic
1 good pinch of salt
Simply blend together, heat and serve with pasta of choice. You can blend more for a smoother consistency, or keep things a lil chunky. Will share by step video soon! Some nights just call for an easy dinner, don’t they?
