Carrot and courgette fritters
Carrot & courgette fritters with Paysan Breton French Garlic & Herb cream cheese!
I’ve been testing and testing and testing some more, and you've been waiting -- wanting?! And here we finally have delicious carrot and courgette fritters!
Not only is this recipe *the one*, but the addition of topping them with my fav cream cheese is quite frankly, out of this world. Crispy parma ham on the side is also a must. LOVE is an understatement.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Paysan Breton French Garlic & Herb cream cheese
4 slices of parma ham
1 courgette, grated and squeezed water out
1 carrot, grated
5 tsp chopped onion
6 big tsp white flour
1 tsp garlic granules
1 egg
1 pinch salt
Simply mix everything except cream cheese and parma ham together in a bowl until well combined. Spray a non-stick pan with oil then spoon into a frying pan (should form 4 fritters). Fry on each side for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown on the outside and fully cooked through (spongey inside). Fry your parma ham in the same pan. Serve up with Paysan Breton French Garlic & Herb cream cheese and parma ham on the side!
