Creamy burrata
I dare you to zoom in 🔍 it’s that tasty. Get up close and personal with the creamy burrata, fresh mint and basil leaves, deep red tomatoes and vibrant olive oil. Spice it up a little with a dash of pepper and some Cornish sea salt, and don’t even get bread until the plate is clean because the combination of fresh, rich and bright is so taste-bud tingley that you won’t need it until there’s just a mix of all the juices at the bottom of the plate.
