Creamy garlicky prawns with tagliatelle

Ingredients:
150g @paysanbretonuk french sea salt cream cheese
¼ cup parmesan cheese
100ml cream
150-200g prawns uncooked
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Drizzle olive oil
Enough pasta (tagliatelle) for 2
Parsley for topping

Simply put your pasta on to boil in salty water
In a separate pot:
Add garlic & drizzle olive oil to a pot until garlic is fragrant but not browned
Add cream cheese and let melt
Add parmesan cheese and stir to melt
Add cream and stir to loosen mixture
Add prawns and cook until no longer translucent
Remove garlic + add lemon (optional)
Drain pasta and toss with prawn cream sauce
Serve immediately with chopped parsley on top and lemon wedges on the side

If you are saving some of this, use about another 100-150ml cream to loosen the sauce if heating again or left out a little before eating. I used a plant based cream and it was fab! Video coming soon 😊 I served this with a chenin blanc viognier white (Pine Ridge California from Farmdrop ) it was ideal for a summer al fresco meal in the sun! (Also good indoors 🥂🙃).
