Easy peasy beef kebabs with fresh chopped salad, pita & hummus

Easy peasy beef kebabs with fresh chopped salad, pita & hummus!

We all know I live for an easy and fun recipe, so I decided that my normal chicken skewers needed an upgrade, so beef it is. This has to be one of the most delicious yet easy to make meals and had Josh grinning ear to ear (he loves to be my critic). These will definitely be in my next Farmdrop order and I’m looking forward to experimenting with some different spices, so if you have any recommendations, let me know!

SALAD ingredients:
1 yellow onion, small & chopped roughly
1/2 cucumber, quartered
150g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp mayo
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

KEBAB ingredients:
2 kebabs (350g diced beef on skewers)
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil

+ pita bread & hummus (all from Farmdrop ad pr product)

It’s a simple as marinating the diced beef skewers in all of the ingredients listed under kebab ingredients and grilling (I used my George Foreman but you can also pan grill or BBQ) for about 4 minutes or 2-3 mins each side if using a pan. Then while the kebab grills, stir together all of the salad ingredients. I like to heat up my pita just before I serve it and make a swirl in my hummus for some olive oil and maybe paprika!

Let me know if you guys try this and I can’t wait to hear your other kebab spice recommendations.
