Travel is restricted but who said whipping up your favourite food was, too... nobody! Let’s all work together and explore the world through our food. Crepes are typically associated with 🇫🇷 France, and Brittany in particular and the Latin word crispa is from where the word crepe derives. Although mine don’t look like the standard wheat ones that you can grab when on a street corner in France, these are filled with sweet delight just the same, although a tiny bit more English as I’ve used some @fortnums blacurrent jam, dusted with powdered sugar for an extra treat 😏 where should we travel next? 🌏

If you’re looking to make at home, follow this simple combination for your recipe and you’ll be churning out French dreams in no time:
100g flour of your choice (I’ve used plain in these)
250ml milk of choice (I’ve used oat)
1 tbsp oil (sunflower, rapeseed)
2 medium eggs
Small slice of butter

Method is mix altogether and heat butter in pan. Pour mixture and flip once golden on one side (then flip to make the other side golden) add filling once on your plate and of course optional toppings that you’d like! ✨P.S. new blog post all about my experience as a first time buyer for a camera and all questions answered is up on my blog now! 📸
