Fresh caprese salad
Simple, bright and fresh caprese salad to kick off the weekend with! 🌱
You’ll need: 1 mozzarella ball sliced, 8 basil leaves, 2 large tomatoes, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
It’s as easy as arranging either in short stacks with mozzarella, tomato and basil with a drizzle of olive oil and your salt & pepper or placing them in a straight or circular formation, stacked! Beautiful both ways. Josh likes me to add a drop of pesto in between each slice of tomato and mozzarella and sometimes some balsamic drizzled on top! Bring on the sun, and some more caprese this weekend ☀️ Made for @veg2tablelondon using their produce from their Fruit & Veg box 🍅
