Gooey grilled brie topped with crispy herb breadcrumbs
ndulgent, but easy to eat, this grilled brie which I made on my George Foreman / ad brand partner / was *amazing*. I actually wanted to share a recipe someone recommended via a comment on my camembert reel - I cant remember their account but this was an amazing recommendation and I’d love to credit them - which works with brie or camembert and is perfect for grilling indoor or especially outside on the BBQ!
1 camembert or brie
A couple of garlic cloves
Herbs (probably go with rosemary or thyme)
Wrap in foil with the garlic and rosemary. Grill/bbq until soft (which I think is quite quick) and then open up the foil to gooey happiness!
I have to admit, I haven’t tried this yet, but if you do, please tell me! It’s supposed to be soo creamy and yummy, esp when BBQ as it’s gets some bbq flavaaaa! On my to try list, but welcome to have a go, loved the idea so thought I’d share ♥️ cheese lovers unite!
