Gooey grilled brie topped with crispy herb breadcrumbs
Gooey grilled brie topped with crispy herb breadcrumbs
George Foreman recently asked me what my world’s favourite meal is and the first thing that came into my head was… cheese, of course! You all know I love my grilled halloumi, but this hot and gooey grilled brie with crispy herby breadcrumbs on top is ready in just a minute or two and ready to dip into straight away - forget oven baked!
Ingredients:
1 brie
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried thyme
2 tsp panko breadcrumbs
+ olive oil
Simply add breadcrumbs, herbs and a drizzle of olive oil into a bowl and mix together. Heat your grill (I’m using my George Foreman Medium Fit Grill). Cover the top of your brie with breadcrumbs and pop on the grill for just a minute or two (it’s super hot so it will melt fast, could even just take like 30 seconds, so keep an eye on it). Using a spatula, carefully spoon your super melty gooey brie onto your sharing board or plate, grab some bread or crackers and dig straight in!
