Italian seasoned Sunblush sautéed tomatoes on toasted sourdough with creamy cheese! 🍅

This has to be one of our favorite recipes, I don’t know if you could even call it a recipe, But as with a lot of things, the seasoning and produce makes all the difference! We made it vegan, too!

Youll need:
Sourdough bread, sliced
Violife Foods cream cheese (or regular cream cheese)
¾ cup SunBlush tomatoes (from Leathams Ltd ) or 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1-2 pinches of sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil

First add olive oil to a frying pan and sauté your tomatoes with salt until they are glossy and slightly caramelized. Toast your sourdough, and spread your cream cheese generously. Layer your tomatoes on top and sprinkle with the Italian herb seasoning! Definitely eat while it’s hot, and make sure you have extra because I can guarantee you’re gonna want another piece!

I have been eating this kind of breakfast, brunch, any time meal for as long as I can remember. The Sunblush tomatoes are super sweet, juicy and delicious and the perfect topping to load up onto your cream cheese toast. You can also drizzle with olive oil afterward, but trust me your tomatoes are really juicy, you may not even need it!
