Chai & orange spiced cbd cupcakes with cream cheese chai frosting!

I’ve been taking CBD drops before bed for a couple of years now. Ingredients: (makes about 12-15 cupcakes)
6ml AddCBD 300mg CBD supplement
300g caster sugar
5 eggs
50ml orange extract
50ml olive oil
50ml almond oil
200g self raising flour
3 tsp chai spice mix

+ for the frosting:
400g cream cheese, room temp
3 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp chai spice mix
3 tbsp butter, room temp
3 tbsp corn starch
(or make however you prefer your frosting)

Preheat your oven to 160C fan. Mix the sugar, eggs, orange extract, and oils in a bowl with a whisk. Add flour, chai spice and 6ml CBD and whisk until combined. Pop some cupcake cases into your cupcake tray. Fill with your batter until each is ⅔ full. Place the tray of cupcakes in the oven for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. While the cupcakes are baking, whisk together all of your frosting ingredients in a bowl and place in a sealed sandwich bag in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes so it can cool. Leave the cupcakes to cool once they’re ready, and then cut a corner of your frosting sandwich bag to use as a piping bag to frost the cupcakes. I’ve decorated mine with mini champagne bottles (not edible) and edible gold stars, perfect for NYE! Enjoy as you please - I even ate one before the frosting they were so yummy!
