Tomato and nectarine salad

Tomato and nectarine salad topped with whipped cream cheese!

Sweet summer tomatoes combined with juicy nectarines and creamy whipped cream cheese is the one!!! Perfect dolloped on this summery salad, great for sharing and even better for devouring :)

Ingredients:
1/2 container Paysan Breton French Sea Salt cream cheese
2 nectarines, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 handfuls lambs lettuce
+ sea salt, pepper & olive oil for seasoning (yes it's as simple as that)

Assemble your lettuce on the bottom, then nectarines, tomatoes, and cream cheese, then season with sea salt, pepper and olive oil over the top! Leave for just a few minutes for the salt to sink into the fruits & enjoy!
