White chocolate chip and pretzel cookies
You’ll need:
1 handful white chocolate chips
1 handful of chopped pretzels
125g lightly salted butter
75g dark brown sugar
75g caster sugar
190g plain flour
1 dash vanilla extract
1 egg
2 tsp baking powder
How to:
Preheat the oven to 160c fan. Mix sugar and butter together until completely soft and combined. Add vanilla and egg, mix well. Add flour and baking powder, and combine until dough has formed. Stir in white choc chunks and pretzels. Line baking trays (2) with with 6 small scoops of cookie dough on each. Pop in the oven for 12-14 minutes. You need to let these cool completely as they are super chewy, so make sure you slide them gently onto a cooling rack, leave for a few mins and then enjoy! This is adapted from a bbc good food recipe.
