Ingredients:
1 avocado, chopped
½ red onion chopped
10-15 cooked prawns
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 yelllow pepper, chopped
½ cucumber, chopped
1 small red chilli, sliced
Small bunch of coriander, chopped
Sprinkle of salt
Dash of pepper
3 tbsp chilli & lime dressing (or as much as you like)

How to:
Add all pre-prepped ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. I’m using pre-cooked prawns from the supermarket, but I highly recommend also grilled prawns with a lime and Cajun seasoning, so delicious and adds a little extra zest and spice to this dish. If I’m grilling the prawns, I’m either using my George Foreman (ad brand partner) or you can also toss them into a pan with a little olive oil, it only takes them a few minutes to cook. Add dressing (also supermarket bought, most stores should have a dressing mix like this) and mix together! Place into serving bowl and top with salt, pepper and coriander (and some extra limes)! This is hands down one of my favourite salads of all time, and everyone who makes it always wants more, so hope you enjoy :)
