Creamy fresh burrata & delicious seasonal grilled asparagus!
Asparagus has to be my go-to and this recipe is literally a spring-summer savior, ready to swoop in and save the day for any get-togethers, barbecues, indoor grilling or just simply making your lunch a little more exciting. I grilled this on my smokeless grill, and I can wholeheartedly say I love it as much as I do my Nikon which is what I shot this image on! Recipe for this delicious snack/meal/sharing plate below...
Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh asparagus
1 burrata
⅓ cup of olive oil
+ sea salt and pepper for seasoning
Take your asparagus, break off the woody ends and toss in half the olive oil. Heat your grill, pop them on and cook for about 4 minutes. Plate in a serving bowl or plate and top with open creamy burrata, drizzle the rest of the olive oil, and sprinkle sea salt and pepper.
