Easy homemade mayo caesar dressing
If you're new to my page, let's get one thing straight: I like easy, minimal ingredient cooking. This caesar was basically the best thing to happen to me lately, and I've basically been eating chicken caesar salad at any time possible. (recipe from epicurious + mayo website, combined)💁🏼♀️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨INGREDIENTS✨⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 small garlic cloves, chopped⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2-3 anchovies (depending how you like your dressing)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup mayonnaise ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan (or more!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Grind fresh pepper (as much as you like)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨How to✨⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Put all ingredients into the blender and whiz until throughly until totally mixed and voila! Add more mayo if too thick, add more parmesan if too thin)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Drizzle on your salad! I like to combine little gem lettuce, grilled chicken breast, cherry tomatoes and either cucumber or avocado and mix all together.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Let me know if you try this at home!🥰.
