Festive appetiser, yes please! How to ⬇️

Here is a gorgeous way to serve your guests a tasty treat ahead of your main holiday meal - thanksgiving dinner I’m looking at you! All the stunning ingredients are from @panzers_deli who I put this recipe together for and if you head to the shop (online or in person), or already get their newsletter - it’s featured this month!

Just stack the following in order:
- @islandbakery oat cracker
- brie cheese
- cranberry sauce
- apple slices (love @brogdale_collections)
- prosciutto, wrapped and tucked under cracker
- honey drizzle (we’ve used @waddesdonestates blue flower honey from Buckinghamshire)
- a sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves

Loving some soft cheeses right now, and this brie just melts in your mouth. Combined with the crunch of the Apple, salty prosciutto, cranberry sauce and sweet honey - it’s a match made in cheese heaven! Serve with a glass of your finest English sparkling 🥂
