What's In My Basket 01

Being a Taurus, my traits are that of a shopaholic, except, I sit and wait to purchase until my peak interest, meaning I get to the “I can’t keep waiting and I want it now” phase. With that in mind, I thought I would share a Weekly Wishlist so that you can see what I’m lusting after, or potentially what has made the buy list. I’ve written a little bit below each item so you can see why I want to buy it/what I love about it and there will be a link incase you would like to see it for yourself.

Our Place - Always Pan in Sage

I’ve been lusting after this pan since before it came to the UK. Now it’s here, and I mean, it says it can do everything. I think I need it. With a price of a cast iron, it comes with a lot of gadgets to make sure it gets the most use. I’m hoping to buy the sage green one (if you’ve seen my tile and home stories, you’ll know, this is my colour) so now it’s just waiting for Payday!

Black Lines - Paloma

I have two of their posters at home, and I have tried their Tommy’s Marg, but I love some a Paloma since having one recently at Bamia (in Clapham Junction - great restaurant btw, highly recommend) so feel like I need to try this one. I have to say, I’m always hesitant with pre-bottled / mixed cocktails, but since having the Tommy’s Marg and also loving Lockdown Liquor Co. Bloody Mary, I feel like this has to be a winner. Next person to invite me over for dinner, this is what you’re getting.

Bold Bean Co. - Chickpeas

I know what you’re thinking - what the actual hell… well, hear me out, if you haven’t tried these, you’re missing out. Not only are the chickpeas delightful, the perfect salty, creamy flavours from slow-cooking, but the actual liquid that the chickpeas come in is liquid gold (not literally, just tastes unreal). KitchenAid - Cordless Chopper

I love my chopper. I truly do, so much that I bought two. But since KitchenAid have launched their new cordless range, MY HEAD HAS BEEN TURNED. I mean, cordless!? Meaning I could chop while sat at the kitchen table, or not have to stay right near the plug? Ideal. It’s a little steep compared to my current chopper (Russell Hobbs £30 glass bowl black chopper…) but it would be the ultimate upgrade. How long have I thought about this? Months. When do I want it? YESTERDAY.

Novel Mart - Rosé Sweatshirt

I’m 100% obsessed with sweats lately. Sweatshirts, sweat shorts, and saw Georgia wearing a sweatshirt a few weeks back that said Rosé and needed to get one. Hers was from a while back, but I found this one on Novel Mart and here we are. It’s arriving today (I think) but reminds me of my cozy college sweatshirts and I needed it in my life. Rosé all day!

Soho Home - Olive Cushion

This colour does not exist anywhere else. You literally cannot find a green so rich and gorgeous, and I have been lusting over this cushion for ages — then when Josh and I went to the Cotswolds, our cute little (well 3-bed) cottage had been decked out with all the Soho Home goodies and of course, this cushion was sat on the cutest of chairs, literally asking me to take it home with me. I would never but I would stalk the interwebs until I found it, which I did. It comes with the insert which is fluffy as can be and you can literally not find this colour ANYWHERE else.

Sandralexandra - Gold hoop cherry earring

One of my oldest friends always wears the most fun prints, and jewellery. She’s who introduced me to this brand (sold and Liberty and on her own website) and I’ve fallen head over heels for these fruit earrings. The lemon ones are also screaming my name. Cherries are the cutest though? A little sexy, too.

M&S - Large wine glasses

£12 for extra large wine glasses that are durable and chunky. Dinner party in the garden friendly? Yes. I need to say no more, but these are in my cart and soon to be in my cabinet.

Anthropologie - Printed Throw Blanket

Soft throws that still look chic are the best, and this one, whether I’m huddled over the milk frother making my match in the morning, or tucked up watching Love Island, I know it would be so cute. Do you think it would go with the cushion? It’s been sitting in my basket… need… to… press… checkout…. button….
