Mocha protein nice cream bites
Mocha protein nice cream bites made with cacao powder, frozen bananas, chocolate oat milk, crunchy cacao nibs and Herbalife High Protein Iced Coffee - it’s the protein-packed dessert bite that I want to have every night of the week!
Ingredients: (serves 1)
1 1/2 frozen bananas
60ml chocolate oat beverage to make 6 chocolate milk ice cubes
2 scoops (23g) Herbalife High Protein Iced Coffee Mocha Flavour
1 tsp cacao nibs (dark chocolate)
How to:
Put the chocolate oat beverage into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
Blend all the ingredients together (except cacao nibs), sprinkle your cacao nibs on top and then freeze for at least 24 hours in a container
Take out of the freezer and leave to thaw for a few minutes before cutting them into dessert style chunks!
Remember, it is more like an ice pop in bite form when coming out of the freezer, so you can eat it on sticks like an ice lolly, on its own (with your hands) or just in a bowl with a spoon once it’s defrosted a little bit. The Herbalife Nutrition High Protein Iced Coffee brings 15g of protein with Robusta coffee beans for a nice caffeine kick! You can even pop the bites into an iced coffee as your ice cube. It’s hit or miss whether it’s sunny at the moment so I’m trying to fill my freezer with all the summery treats I can, especially since I’ve started up my exercising regularly again — I’m always wanting a sweet treat. Josh and I made an entire bread tin of this as we knew we’d want more, so if you want servings for more, you can totally do it.
